With a collection of B2C and B2B copywriting experience, I confidently transform complex topics into conversational pieces tailored for each individual brand energy.
My writing encompasses topics such as wedding planning, career development, health and wellness as well as spirituality and women's empowerment. My work has been featured on Offbeat Bride and Home, Zappos, Elite Daily, Niche, and Elephant Journal, among others.
I have also acted as a full-time proofreader at a private school and edit for a variety of freelance blogs and websites. I thrive in a collaborative editor-writer relationship from early brainstorming to the final draft. Above all, I believe communication is key to a creative and successful project.
I work in depth with SEO requirements and am comfortable with Google suite, AdWords, Wordpress, Asana and Search Metrics.
Maybe There Will Be Cupcakes began as a personal challenge around the end of 2010 to help me break out of my comfort zone as a writer. Since then, I've developed the blog into a place for advice on creative health, my travels, and general musings on my life as and artist.
Camino de Santiago Book
I've walked the Camino de Santiago three times as of January 2020: twice from St. Jean Pied du Port on the Camino Frances and once from Porto on the Central Portugues Route. I am currently working on a book The Quest for the Phoenix Woman, regarding the history of the Camino and building a life around secular pilgrimage as a woman.
Want to chat about my book progress or walking the Camino itself? Please get in touch! It's my favorite topic to chat about.
