Hi. I'm Ginny. I'm a performer based in New York City who's returning after a long and restful hiatus.
I spent 95 days hiking across Spain and Portugal, wrote a memoir, and started a marketing business.
I'm back now and missed you all dearly.
My version of a bio:
First stepped on stage in '94
Yup. That means that I was 8 years old. I was in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof," and I played Dixie, the "no-neck monster" who sprints on stage with a toy gun. Heck of a start.
After that, I hopped around between productions of "The Miracle Worker," twice as Helen Keller. As I got older, I played Anne Frank, Juliet, Scout, Hermia, and nearly every chorus category in Fiddler, including Bottle Dancer.
The Star Ledger nominated me as the "Most Promising Actor in New Jersey" back in the '90s, and I bring this up in conversation to my husband quite frequently in a "do you KNOW who I AM?" voice.
Two summers at Stagedoor Manor, a theatre degree, four months studying acting in London, and a 10-year-long hiatus later, I'm back in NYC and ready to return. From funky developmental works to the tap-dance-heavy chorus role, I'm here for it.

I like to describe my voice as classical soprano meets twangy folk singer. I study voice in the Michael Forman Studio and sing in the Soprano section of Melodia Women's Choir.

Let's say I am a dancer who moves well, but I'm getting these old bones back into class three times a week, so I expect an upgrade shortly.
